Space Darts
pinshape
This is a straightforward print to create a set of darts perfect for use on the International Space Station. Chris Hadfield pointed out in an interview that one of the most pressing problems on the ISS is actually boredom and gave the example of a darts game he'd made using a heavy object and some Velcro. This design is a refinement of that game, optimized for ease of use in zero-gravity situations. The top simply twists off with a gentle turn, allowing you to insert a 1/2 inch bearing ball (or any other weighted object) inside. Once the top is reattached, the dart is ready for action. This design can also be used in swimming pools as a fun and easy-to-use pool dart.
