The 17" Space 1999 Eagle 1 by PrintMaker28 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5028886 is a great model except the top grid is 283mm long. That is longer than my print bed. Solution is to simply cut it in half using Microsoft 3d Builder. Each peice is a printer friendly 144mm long. I cut it at a slight angle to increase surface area to glue back them together to full length. I used SuperGlue CA (Cyanoacrylates) and Activator.
