Description: One of my friends asked me to make a wall LED lamp for his room, so after a week in Blender and 9 print plates later, it's done. The track has a 9mm space for the LED light strip and on the exterior an additional groove for a light difuser that I will also post. I wanted to be able ton print at least one piece/plate and I kinda did it. The biggest piece is 249 mm wide(Part 1) so the whole track can be printed in 9 different plates. I don't think you can print it on a smaller printer that has less than a 250/250 mm print bed. ALSO, I think it should work on a smaller printer if you modify the X and Y dimension in the slicer BUT NOT the Z too because that groove has to stay 9 mm tall. Oh yeah, The whole track is 1 meter wide. When 3D printing: I printed the track with the face down for a better top surface finish. I used: -BambuLab P1S 3D Printer -a 0.4 nozzle - 0.2 mm layer height -10% infill density -3 wall loops -0.1 mm Top Z distance - normal support (for some pieces I had to use snag support style but for the most it works with with default) I used suport for PLA from BambuLab for the most parts and it was very easy to remove the supports BUT you can use whatever you like(if you don't have Support for PLA filament, I recomend using PETG). Unfortunately, at the first piece it's still going to be a little hard for the supports to be removed but if I was able to do it, you can too!! Assembly: The assembly is very straight forward. After you remove the support you can just join the pieces. I tried my best for the joints to have a good tolerance so for me it was a really good fit, not to tight, not to loose and I hope that for you as well. The whole track is not very heavy so it can stay on the wall with just a piece of double sided tape on each hole I made behind the track. If you don't have or don't want to use double sided tape, you can hang it on the wall using the wholes that I made behind the track. Quick tip for knowing where the holes are→→Step 1. Tape a piece of cheap double sided tape where the whole is on the back of the track and Step 2.Draw a point on the tape or make a hole in it.Step 3.Place the track on the wall.Step 4. Remove the track and voila, you know where to drill a hole in the wall for the screw. MAKE SURE to use the right screws(not to wide). If you want another track just tell me and in no time I will make it and post it here. If you have any questions don't hesitate to tell me and I'll answer to everyone of them.
