I got fed up with the air controller buttons on my spa breaking, claiming to be the most robust design ever from the factory. But they're crap and break within a few weeks or months at best. I've had three of them, replaced all three twice and one even three times, at about twenty bucks a pop. Two out of the three are broken again, so I redesigned the thing to use a screw instead of the awful hook design on the bottom of the button. I printed this today and installed it, and it works perfectly. All you need is a broken air toggle, an M3 screw, and a lock nut. To install, remove the old assembly, take out the fiberglass dowel from the plunger, install the new linkage, put the dowel back in the plunger, and then add an M3 and a lock nut (I recommend stainless for both).
