<p>Inspired by <a href="https://www.printables.com/social/225313-collingall">Collingall</a>'s <a href="https://www.printables.com/model/141640-milwaukee-m18-t12-soldering-station">milwaukee-m18-t12-soldering-station</a></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>This is a T12 Soldering Station for the 18v SP Tools battery packs</p><p>I got one of these from eBay<br>24V/70W T12 OLED Screen Soldering Iron Tip Station Temperature Controller board<br><a href="https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/224967965847">https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/224967965847</a><br>&nbsp;</p><p>1x 16mm Latching button</p><p><a href="https://www.jaycar.com.au/ip67-illuminated-switch-red-green-latching-dpdt/p/SP0788">https://www.jaycar.com.au/ip67-illuminated-switch-red-green-latching-dpdt/p/SP0788</a></p><p>2x Spade Connectors</p><p><a href="https://www.jaycar.com.au/spade-plug-6-3mm-pk-10/p/PT4631">https://www.jaycar.com.au/spade-plug-6-3mm-pk-10/p/PT4631</a></p><p>4x small self tapping screws to affix the face plate through the plastic</p><p>I also used a 330ohm for the Buttons LED just in case it wasn't happy with the possible 19v from the Battery.</p><p>It might not be needed, and wont be needed if your button doesn't light up</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Wire it all up</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Set the battery cutoff at 16v and the warning at 16.4v</p><p>Dead flat for these batteries seems to be 15.8v</p><p>But I haven't tested to see if it really cuts it off, Use at own risk</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I also had an old Laptop CMOS battery that I've connected to the batt B- B+ connector on the back of the controller and double sided tapped it to the inside of the 3d printed part.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Printer Settings:</p><p>Mk3S+</p><p>PETG .3 Draft</p><p>Print on front face</p><p>Supports for the Spade Connector slots</p><p>I've uploaded the gcode file with those settings, not optimized at all</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
