Print the entire piece or two separate ones, placed sideways, which will strengthen the joint and allow for easier gluing together. Note: Version 2 of the design has an added space for a bolt head. However, you'll need to drill out the main hole after applying glue due to printing issues that arise when including the hole in the original design.
