Soyuz, not even close to scale. I drew it entirely by eye, based mainly on the Soyuz used in the historic Soyuz-Apollo Test Project, minus the docking system.\nI apologize for any inaccuracies - I did this just for fun and I'm no expert when it comes to Russian spacecraft.
