sovol sv07 plus aux part cooling fan duct
thingiverse
very loud aux/part cooling fan on sv07plus covers only center of the bed... I made a wider one that accepts 2x 120mm fan so you can use 24V 120mm fan from sunon or noctua and have much higher cooling power with way less sound than original fanV3 is little bit wider using max available size on the X rail and few minor changes on the duct to smooth out the flowAdded Wide version that covers full bedAdded 1fan and 2fan versions of the cover so you can now use only one 120mm fan to push air through the openingV4 (uses same covers as V2 and V3) added some strengthening, beefing it up so it does not sag under temperature of the bed as while it is closest to the bed air is not going through .. slotted the mount holes so that you can move it up if needed so it does not catch the bed if it sags a bitNOTE: you will need some covers for the fans so that flat cable do not go into fan, you can print some 120mm fan covers or you can get those wire covers (better imho as they restrict flow less than printed covers)NOTE: if you are using high static pressure fan like Sunon PMD2412PMB1A one fan is more than enough, it will lay in the carpet of cool air on your print so you can print much much much faster than with regular fans, for normal printing limit the max fan speed to 30-40%IMPORTANT NOTE: pay attention on the current draw, I tested with total 0.5A current draw and it worked ok but when I put two 18W fans (total current 1.52A) the output died; dunno if there is a fuse that blew or a fet that is dead, I'll have to check and fix that later, so using high power fans here maybe a SSR and external power might be required.SMOKE TEST using single ARCTIC P12MAX https://youtu.be/51JkQVBaiLU
