Update 12/13/23 I have a new model that uses 8 m4 heat set inserts and 8 m4x20 button head screws .  I have also included the step files of this new model for modification if needed.  Enjoy! Original Post I keep having to re make cheap injection molded parts...but those open source Sovol files were made with injection molding in mind…not 3d printing. I put hundreds of hours on my SV06 testing durability (fail) in very short order, and in an enclosure for maximum pain on my end.  Guess what?  My injection molded parts keep failing one by one.   The linear rod mounts (seats) are so thin I am surprised they made it this long.  I made them much bigger, printed in PETG, and added M4 nuts to the part.   I printed at 100% infill, you need 4 of them and 8 nuts and 8 M4x20 screws.  I didn't try the original screws, I just bought some more instead.  I re-orientated the part so it prints how I printed them. The bed will be crooked if you only make one or two…you should just replace them all. You will also have to trim the notches in the faceplates front and back with a Dremel to make room for the new seats.
