I did an e-steps and flow calibration before this.The orientation of all the parts I printed is how it is shown in the STL when you load it.It doesn't matter how you print it but here's how I did mine:Barrel and roller with normal supports ONBarrel with 3-4 walls and 20% grid infillRoller with 2-3 walls and 5% gyroidConnector with 0.12 layer height 3-4 wallsBrim ON for all partsI had to break in the roller’s connector end first before assembly. There are two holes on the bottom of the barrel in case you want to push out the bearings.To assemble,Insert the cylindrical end of the roller into one of the bearings.Press the bearing down (along with the roller) on the left end (as shown in the picture) of the barrel.Press the other bearing down on the right end of the barrel.Insert the connector from the right end, matching the grooves.Note: I added the STEP file of the nut in case you need it.Side note: I could make the roller require no supports by lengthening the chamfer on both ends but I wanted to add, even if it’s a millimeter, more space on the roller to accommodate for bigger spools and lessen the chances of the spool falling off when it hits one of the ends.
