Outside diameter approx. 36 mm.For ⌀5mm extruder shafts with 4.5mm flattened side.I oversized the hole and the flat side a little in the file (⌀5.2mm, 4.7mm).In Cura I set the horizontal hole extension to 0.1 and it fits perfectly in my case.If it is too tight or too loose you can play with this value until it fits.
