Another probably fairly useless addition. When setting the height of the right extruder you never really know how far you're moving it when you twiddle the adjuster. Initially I set it with a feeler gauge in the same spot as the left extruder but a calibration print might show a slight variance in height, measurable with calipers. If you need to adjust it up or down a poofteenth of a millimeter then at least this will let you know how big a poofteenth you've moved it. Each graduation equates to a vertical movement of 0.02mm. It should be fairly obvious, but + is up, - is down. The part with the scale simply slips over the top edge of the extruder carrier and the cap fits over the original adjusting screw. *Added another version that reminds you on the cap that each graduation is 0.02mm.
