This is a Filament Guide that holds a piece of PTFE Tubing. After printing a ball bearing spool holder, It actually worked too well. It was over feeding filament, causing unspooling and coils coming off the spool.This solves the problem for me, by putting a little resistance in the feed. 3 to 4 inches of PTFE Tubing works well. You may need do drill it out a little. drill it out a little at a time, and test fit. If it is too loose you can put a dab of hot glue on the tube aafter you insert the tip into the holder. The 2 versions do the same thing. The original is little wider, bigger, and 5mm shorter.
