Edit5: Improved the design by increasing the ventilation slots to allow for even better air circulation. Edit4: Adjusted the tolerance of the snap fit from 0.3 to 0.2mm to ensure a snugger fit on all sides of the printer case. The SV01 is a fantastic printer, but its fans are extremely loud. I created a cover with slots instead of holes and added two bigger 120mm NF-S12A ULN Noctua fans to reduce noise. This design was made using freeCAD, so it's not perfect, but it fits perfectly on my printer. Important: Before installing this cover, you must replace the stock rubber feet of your printer with taller ones! Your printer will rise by at least 3cm! I used 75mm high doorstops as new feet, but you can also use 60mm ones to maintain the same distance from the cover to the ground. The stock feet are approximately 30mm high. For the new mainboard fan, I used a "always on" fan port next to the hotend fan connector. Since 12V fans don't like 24V, you'll need to put a step down/buck converter in between. I completely removed the cover of the PSU and the stock mainboard blower fan (which was blowing against a big cable bundle). To get to the right lid screws of the PSU, remove the four screws under the heatbed that hold it in place. The second 120mm fan is plugged into the PSU fan port where you removed the stock PSU fan. That's it! If you also swapped the stock hotend fan and mainboard for a silent board, you now have a quiet SV01.
