01/03/2021: Updated 5015 mounting bracket to include a remix of this cable guide design from: pcmaik Link to original here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4701151 ****If you've downloaded this to print I've found that after soaking up some radiant heat the 5015 friction mount onto the 4010 relaxed significantly making the snap joint not tight. I will need to redesign this section. I'm new to petg and did not think it would bend that much from heat. In the mean time I'm super gluing those two parts together for now. 01/03/2021 Super glue has held the two parts together 100% with no issues**** I have remixed this from several other designs on thingiverse. Thingiverse's remix search does not seem to be working. I will include links back to the originals for all the items pictured so you could print the whole system shown in my pictures. Use my files for the 4010 and 5015 ducts and the originals for the two fan silencers. My best suggestion for printing these files is to use the auto orientation plug in for cura. The positions shown in the thingiverse file images are not right and I'm so shocked they actually uploaded I'm not going to try and change them My 4010 duct is a very minor remix of this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4570881 My 5015 duct is a remix of this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2469775 This is the silencer I use on the 5015 Blower: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3279345 This is the venturi duct I have on the 4010 fan. There are files for less extreme versions as well: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3217507 The 4010 duct has 2 small round bumps on each side and the 5015 duct has two corresponding dimples on each side of the mounting bracket. Slide the two together and the dimples snap in place over the bumps to hold the two pieces together. The 4010 duct then screws into the left side of the back plate. On the right side a bolt or ziptie passes through the right side of the 5015 duct, through the fan mounting whole and through a bracket that gets bolted to the back plate. This holds everything together quite firmly. I printed this with Sainsmart Petg feeding out of a Sunlu filament dryer onto a magnetic build plate surface. Nozzle temp 240c Bed temp 70. I chose to use supports touching build plate on the 5015 duct. If you do this it will print support under the right side as it's not perfectly flat to the build plate on that side. I have support z distance set to .3 and a support density of 20% in cura and all supports came off easily and cleanly. No supports used on the 4010 duct. print standing up with the fan mount side on the build plate. I used 100% infill on the 5015 duct I used 40% on the 4010 duct For the parts I listed above that I didn't modify, follow whatever recommendations are listed on the designers links.
