1/900th scale Yak-9 Fighter model, not all features scaled. The Yak-9 was a highly effective fighter plane built for the Soviet Air Force during WWII. Over 17,000 were manufactured and credited as the first aircraft to shoot down an ME-262 jet fighter in combat. This model is optimized for a 1/900th scale design, yet scaling up or down can be possible but with varying results. The scaled version prioritizes clarity of details at its base size, however large print versions may compromise on details due to their increased size. The overall model was stretched along the Z axis to enhance printable qualities and detail visualization. Reinforced with more robust elements for structural stability.
