This 3D model was originally built in SketchUp 8 before being converted into other formats to suit different needs. The native file type is .skp, while the scene created for 3ds Max uses the version 2016 software with V-Ray 3.00 as its rendering tool. This house plan features a floor plan of a typical family home designed in California style architecture. It includes a total of three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms alongside additional spaces such as kitchen, formal dining room, a vaulted living room with an open den area. The garage has parking space for two cars while also providing space for laundry facilities nearby. One special feature found in the master suite is dual closets. A significant point of note here is that her closet size differs slightly compared to his, indicating distinct styles implemented within these private areas.
