South Park 3D Frame (Cartman, Kyle, Stan and Kenny)

I've crafted a South Park themed 3D frame that's truly eye-catching. Based on the iconic show's logo, I designed this stunning piece using Fusion360 software. The design process involved using the picture as a canvas and creating many splines that were then extruded proportionally to give it depth. This technique allows for a seamless transition between different layers, making it look like a 3D model. To achieve a native color scheme, I printed the frame with various PLA filaments in contrasting colors, such as mountains and pavement. However, everything can be printed in white and then hand-painted to give it a unique look. For painting, I used a gray primer spray paint as the base coat and then added vibrant acrylic paint colors to bring out the details. The result is a frame that's bursting with color and energy. After printing and painting, all that was left to do was assemble the pieces using super glue. Since the trees and characters are layered on top of each other, I applied a small amount of glue to hold them in place. This gives the illusion of a 3D effect, making it look like the characters are jumping off the screen.
