Prehistoric settlement known as South Kirkby Camp (West Yorkshire, UK) is believed to have been established between the Late Bronze Age and the Romano-British period (c.1000 BC-AD 400). The enclosure that defines this settlement consists of a bank and ditch system. While the bank and ditch are not well-preserved throughout the site, they remain relatively intact on the south-west and east sides. On these sides, the bank reaches widths of up to 10m and stands as high as 1m above ground level. The ditch measures between 7m and 10m in width and plunges up to 1.5m below the surface. https://historicengland.org.uk/listing/the-list/list-entry/1018818 The model was created from a comprehensive dataset of 278 aerial photographs taken by drone.
