This is the second part of a set of change gears for cutting threads on an 8TPI imperial leadscrew lathe, specifically designed for a South Bend lathe model 9C. The gears feature a 14.5 degree pressure angle and have a DP of 18. They come in a module of 1.411 with true involute form. The teeth are 3/8" wide with a center bore of 0.5625", while the key is 1/8" wide. This set includes gears with tooth counts of 36, 40, 44, 46, and 48. If you need any other custom gear sets, please let me know and I can help you with that. Print settings were as follows: Rafts didn't matter. No supports were used. A resolution of 0.3 was employed. The infill density was set at 100%. Notes from the print indicate that the center hole may need to be cleaned out to fit the shafts, and a bit of cleaning up around the teeth is also required.
