Sous Vide Rack v3
thingiverse
Work in progress. I'm building an adjustable rack to cook with my sous vide immersion cooker while keeping pouches off the floor of the tub. Printing pieces one by one in Proto-Pasta HTPLA right now, and annealing them so they can withstand being submerged at 150 degrees Fahrenheit for two hours. The adjustable part is tricky, and requires all pieces to be printed in the direction they're oriented here so they shrink proportionally. I'm considering modifying my screw design. I haven't made a decision yet. Real pictures will come as I continue to print and test.
