Create a little gap between the driver and ear pads and make the grill go as deep as possible. You can print the locking pins, but be careful—they're fragile and meant for one-time use. After slapping on some caulking, I didn't notice any change in sound, and the ANC still works the same. Just a heads up, if you widen the gap more, it might make things worse.I'm guessing it should work on the right earpad if you flip it horizontally before printing, but I haven't tried that yet. The original spacing from the top of the pad to the grill was 16mm, and after the mod, it's roughly 29mm. And hey, the caulking does the trick! It might be hard to see in the image, but once you attach the spacer to the earpad, you take the thin circular grill holder and push it through the grill. If done correctly, it will rest and hold on the other side by leaning on the spacing using the tension of the grill itself.Once it's put back together into the earphone, make sure the screw spacings are aligning; otherwise, it won't close.
