In my article http://tronxy.wikia.com/wiki/Tips_for_the_TronXY_P802MA_and_in_general in the second tip I mentioned you can use sound dampening silicone washers to make your printer quieter. The part above spreads the load of the tiny M3 bolt head to cover the full area of the silicone washer. This makes the sound much less and lets the washer last much longer. You can also add two washers to the Y axis pulley mount. I added short bushes for this because the screws might be short otherwise. I estimate the sound reduction is down to 1/4 of what it was before but I have rubber under the frame also. If you just have silicone washers I estimate the sound is at least halved. I also removed the rear support of the Y axis motor on my TronXY P802MA because I needed sound reduction more than I wanted to avoid banding. Update: here is my design for the rear support with two acoustic washers - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2428376. I have been able to print at 120mm/s with much less noise. The same noise as 30mm/s without washers. I made these 6mm high because I only had 20mm long M3 bolts. The right size was 14mm without bushes, but the TronXY P802MA comes with a bunch of extra M3 x 20 bolts. Update: Also print two of smooth rod spacers to place at the top or bottom of the smooth rods to account for the thickness of the sound dampening washers.
