Souka - Goblin Slayer drinking coffee - relief style
thingiverse
A relief of Goblin Slayer-san drinking coffee, with SOUKA, multicolored. Use 3mf files with color changes already set. You can make it thinner to save on filament, but if you change anything, you have to fix filament change. So was experimenting with making multicolor print from raster image. It was plenty successful. The print was delivered from the last image, I could not find the author or better resolution. If you want to do it on your own, there is general guide: 1. Take an image you want and open it / import in Inkscape 2. Go to: Path -> Trace bitmap 3. In popup go to "Multiple scans" and choose 'Colors' and 'Stack scans' 4. 'Scans' decide how many layers it will produce. Play with settings to find what suits you best. Click 'OK' when you done. 5. Move newly created object away form original image, ungrup and put them into seperate .svg files, trimming drawing area to size of background. This will make it easier to put together in Blender. 6. Open Blender. Add svg by importing them. Use Solidify modifier. Make them even thickness. Stack them one on another. Resize them to normal size, for easier slicing. 7. Export STL and open it in slicer (f.e. PrusaSlicer). 8. Set thickness of slab and any other needed adjustments. 9. Use color changer functionality to change colors apropietly. 10. Print and share the results!
