SOTA Award Display Stand Shack Sloth / Mountain Goat

This display stand showcases the SOTA Amateur Radio achievement of either 'Shack Sloth' or 'Mountain Goat', earned by collecting 1000 chaser or 1000 Activator points. I secured the Shack Sloth award in 2012 as 2E0CTW, and subsequently purchased one of the glass awards to commemorate this milestone. However, it was challenging to display it upright, so I created a custom stand to showcase my achievement. Two versions of the display stand are available for download: one designed specifically for Shack Sloth and another tailored for Mountain Goat. Shack Sloth download: SOTA award stand SS.stl Mountain Goat download: SOTA award stand MG.stl To enhance the display, I recommend placing a piece of glossy white card underneath the award when it is in the stand. This subtle addition helps to accentuate the details and make them more visible. Please note that these designs assume awards are roughly similar in size to mine (92mm wide x 90mm high x 11mm thick). However, I recommend verifying that your award will fit comfortably within the stand before printing it.
