When tackling complex projects involving an assortment of screws, it's wise to sort the small parts beforehand. Norman Chan even coined a term for this: knowling. So, if you're building an IKEA cabinet or some clandestine challenging project (as I did recently), using a sorting box is much easier. Unfortunately, most sorting boxes are made from plastics or metal and feature square inner corners, making it unnecessarily difficult to retrieve small parts. Utilizing a large ball nose endmill (1/2" diameter) I rounded the inner edges of individual compartments. The entire tray is constructed from 21 mm thick spruce board. I didn't test the STL file. If you acquire a 3D printer capable of printing this size and are willing to try it, I'd be grateful for any feedback. Visit https://www.zenziwerken.de/en/ for more intriguing designs.
