When tackling intricate projects involving a variety of screws, it's highly beneficial to sort the small components in advance. Norman Chan has even coined a term for this: knowling. As a result, when constructing an IKEA cabinet or some elaborate project (as I did recently), using a sorting box can significantly simplify the process. Unfortunately, most sorting boxes are constructed from plastic or metal and feature square inner corners, making it unnecessarily difficult to remove small parts. To address this issue, I employed a large ball nose endmill (1/2" diameter) to round the inner edges of the individual compartments. The entire tray is crafted from 21 mm thick spruce board. I haven't tested the STL file, but if you have access to a 3D printer capable of printing objects this size and are willing to give it a try, I'd be grateful for any feedback you can provide.
