A 20-meter long conveyor belt is designed for sorting solid waste in manual selection processes. Key features include a non-reversible belt, transporting municipal solid waste with a bulk density of 100 kg/m3. The belt width measures 1200 mm and operates at a speed of 0.2 m/s. The drive motor-reducer is an NMRV 150, and the driving drum has a diameter of 330 mm. Support and tilt rollers have a diameter of 76 mm, while the idle drum measures 330 mm in diameter. A tensioner screw is also included with a moveable range of 5-10 mm. The overall dimensions are 2000 mm in length, 1400 mm in body width, 460 mm in height (excluding supports), and 100 mm in side height.
