Soren's Sword from Dragon Prince (and Sheath)

I STILL NEED TO PRINT THIS. The blade is thirty inches long, making it a precise one-to-one replica. Version one consists of a single piece, while version two splits it into four sections for easier printing - both the sword and sheath benefit from this design. I considered adding channels along the sections of the sword to accommodate dowel rods for added rigidity, but instead opted for keyways that should simplify the printing and assembly process. This approach should work well for everyone involved. I designed this model in Unigraphics NX 11, as it is the software I am most familiar with, so I can share the part file if requested. The model was created using inches, which I apologize for if that causes any inconvenience.
