I decided to design a custom ventilation system for my Anycubic Kossel 3D printer. Since there are supports available on Thingiverse for this model, but they require disassembling the machine and making modifications, I chose to create a "pileup" using a PC fan. The fan is 80mm in diameter and runs on 12 volts. With a 12v power adapter and an ampere that was handy, I measured the gap available in the base of my printer and created a first design. However, it had a flaw - its dimensions were too large to fit perfectly into the base. Either I could have reduced it using a file or designed an adapter, which I did. The adapter was printed with a border of 3 and can be used on both the outside and inside. Although it's not necessary to remove this part since it will help adapt better to the piece, I left it in for reference purposes. You can find the Freecad file attached, allowing you to modify the dimensions from 20mm to 18mm if needed.
