Customized Version of the Standard Safety Goggles Design Created with Customizer! http://www.thingiverse.com/apps/customizer/run?thing_id=1147828 Instructions for the Final Product To Assemble This Goggle System Effectively, Follow These Directions: Set clasp clearance to a comfortable level, such as 3 millimeters. Fasteners are recommended; we chose fastener type 200 due to its strength and durability. Use a moderate amount of material, approximately 230 degrees, to craft the clasp arc. Choose a medium-quality print setting for optimal resolution at 180 dpi. Give it sufficient space with guard depth set to 12 millimeters. Mount the lenses firmly by adjusting the mount thickness to 2 millimeters. Create space inside to house other objects using holder height set at 10 mm. Use a countersink option on the holders if you want them slightly recessed into the frame, yes. Insert the screws carefully so they're not visible with mount hole diameter set to 3 mm. The eye-piece lens needs a generous size to comfortably hold; we used probe diameter of 8 millimeters. Allow a bit more clearance in front for comfortable handling, by setting guard width to 12 mm. Increase the total goggle size if needed and add a suitable mount hole by adjusting the oversize factor. Make sure there are openings on the mount to see what you're working on - mount hole should be enabled. To provide stability to the design of the fastener or holder, ensure it's set at clasp thickness equal to 2 mm. For most comfortable vision, make two countersinks and adjust accordingly as needed, by adding one count per desired holder, so here we used count of two.
