Secure the fan to the mount and then attach the mount to the Ramps's hole close to the resettable fuses using M3, 2 cm screws along with their respective nuts and washers. Doing so will keep the reset functionality intact while ensuring a well-installed fan of 3cm. I've also added a Dymo label for clarity.
