The design of this piece aims to securely attach a horizontal tube to the backrest of wheelchairs that lack one. The tube can then hold supports for luggage or other useful items for the user. These supports enable easy placement and removal of the horizontal tube with minimal effort required. They allow wheelchairs to be folded even when the supports are anchored in place. When using this tube as an anchor point to drag a suitcase or cart, it's never advisable to use it on uneven or bumpy floors like streets.
