Screw the Lower Arms to the Desired Position with the Bolt Head Down. Then Adjust the Upper Hook and Screw it to the Desired Position with the Screw in Front.\nStill Not Tested, So I Don't Know if the Upper Hook Acts Well or There's Any Design Error.\nThe Wheel Design Isn't Mine, Thanks Obijuan for the Servo Wheel 4.0.
