I'm trying to help troubleshoot an issue with my Monoprice Mini 3D Printer's filament roll. The problem is that it won't stop spitting out a tangled mess of plastic, no matter how many times I try to adjust the rollers or clean the printer head. Has anyone else experienced this kind of trouble?
