Take the mini drill to cut, sand, or shape small pieces, and doing so can always result in damaging the piece or taking a nasty cut. To avoid this hassle, I decided to create a support that allows me to install the mini drill safely on any wood or table. When designing it, I wanted to include some flexibility so that I wouldn't have to sand the plate down every time. This is something that frequently happens to me, but in this case, I gave it more room to accommodate a rubber-eva piece inside, which protects the surface of the drill from getting scratched. I initially made a shorter version, but after testing it, I wasn't satisfied with the results. To improve stability, I decided to make it longer instead. By placing it in a way that avoids blocking the ventilation holes, I can now work more efficiently without worrying about damaging my mini drill or the surface of the wood.
