It's a wall mount for filament coil. I utilized the coil axis cones from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:219667 and a M8 threaded rod. I've designed it as an improvement over the BQ Hephestos 2, removing the spool holder from the top of the structure reduces the vibration of the extruder during work.
