Sony XB950B1 Head Band 3D SCAN for printing
thingiverse
Had another Failure on my Sony XB950B1 headphones - the adjustable headband broke on the right side. I had a good piece available which I scanned and output to STL and Printed. It worked the first time I tried from scan to print, so I didn't refine the model or make a clean CAD file. I added a slot for the wire, so you can add this piece to your headset without re-wiring. The replacement part has been working for a couple months, and it looks good. Printing: Prusa i3 MK3S 0.2mm layer 0.4mm nozzle PETG Use supports
