Print without supports 0.15mm layer height, infill around 15% but doesn't really matter The example was printed in PETG, but PLA will also work The wire used is 1mm diameter solid copper wire. There are slots on each end to hold the wire. It will need to be glued in two spots (see photo), at where the contacts to the walkman are and where the negative wire passes into the capacitor box. The contacts that connect to the walkman may need to be filed flat to get good contact. Test this a few times to make sure the small pins aren't bent from being too close. The capacitor that connects between the positive and negative is 4v 1500uf apparently. You may have to do a bit of research to find a suitable replacement. I currently have a 220uf but am not sure if it works yet as I do not have a belt. The cover that goes over the capacitor box is really an afterthought. I'd try printing at 98%-99% scale, as it has not been clearanced. Otherwise, it can be filed a bit to make it fit. The fusion project file is also included in case you want to tweak things. Warning: The timeline is a mess I am sorry.
