This adapter plate allows to use of 'standard' ear pads on the Sony WH-H900N headphones. I'm using ear pads from the SteelSeries Arctis 7, but it should also allow other similarly shaped ear pads. These adapters may also fit the Sony MDR-100ABN headphones (not tested). The process should be pretty self explanatory, but instructions are included :)
