It is designed to allow Bose QC35 ear cushions to be used with the Sony headphone, just by glueing the ear cushion replacement to this plate. Use this plate at your own risk, and use with caution. The model creator is not responsible for any damage to your headphone due to improper use. This part fits exactly, don't use much force to click in place. If necessary, widen the slots of the plate a bit with a file.
