Sony SmartBand 2 Low-poly 3D model
cgtrader
It's a high-quality low-poly 3D model of Sony SmartBand 2 used across various fields in 3D Graphics, such as game development, advertising, interior design, motion picture art, visualization, etc. The model is presented in two colors: White and Black. It was modeled from ortho-photos of a real band, so all design details are accurately recreated. Ease of use makes the model consist of one mesh, which is low-polygonal (saving system resources) and has only one material. This means the model will always look realistic regardless of the renderer used due to its high-resolution photo-texture quality. The carefully thought-out topology of this low-poly model combined with detailed textures allows for a minimum number of polygons while achieving maximum quality, making it suitable even for close-up views. Each color version of the model uses only one material with assigned photo-textures for diffusion. Advanced realism is increased by using additional textures like Specular, Glossiness, Bump, and Emission for luminous elements, such as screens and indicators. Specular and Glossiness maps vary the reflective and dispersing capacities of different areas of the model, giving the effect of using multiple materials. A total of 5 main textures is provided, each with a square resolution of 4096 pixels in .png format, along with their original texture file in .PSD format within the archive. Additionally, there's one extra diffuse color texture available. The model was created in Maya 2009 and features correct real-world dimensions in centimeters, all parts are correctly grouped and named for ease of use. An adjusted render-scene is provided in Maya 2014 with a V-Ray 2.40 renderer plug-in. This scene can be opened in earlier versions up to Maya 2012 with V-Ray 2.0 since it's saved in .ma format, including 6 V-Ray Rect Light + reflectors and assigned V-Ray MTL material. Render-scene keys are set for the model and Render Camera position, with preview images on the Timeline. These positions can be deleted if not needed from translation and rotation channels. To use the model in other 3D programs, scenes are saved in formats .fbx, .obj, .DAE, and .max (2010 version). Note: This low-poly model is designed to work without smoothing modifiers for maximum compatibility.
