Sony SM3 Case for freestyle libre
thingiverse
Using magnets to keep the Sony watch securely in place is a fantastic concept that this remix upholds. The key difference here lies in the method used to attach the watch to the cradle, where instead of using tape, I employed an elastic loop. The holes in the base will accommodate 6mm diameter by 3mm deep magnets perfectly. A small amount of CA glue was applied to each hole to secure it in place, but it's unlikely that they would fall out due to their tight fit, requiring a pair of pliers to seat them properly. Cut a length of elastic measuring approximately 13cm and pass it through the slots. Then, sew the ends together with an overlap of about 0.5cm or so. Once complete, loop the elastic over itself to create a double thickness elastic strap. Push the watch under the strap as shown in the accompanying photographs. I would like to extend my gratitude to klettervirus for assisting me in creating this design and providing a detailed description of how to secure everything in place - please refer to all the comments on the original project page for further information.
