I designed a simple lens cap for my Sony SLT-A58 DSLR camera as a replacement for the original clip-in cover that had gone missing. Fearing damage to the lens, I opted for a hard plastic snap-on design similar to the original one. I estimate it should fit any 55mm lens, although I'm not entirely certain about this. The part was printed using MakerGeek flex material, and I'm unsure how well it would work with other types of filament. No support structures were needed during printing.
