I couldn't find a model for anything like this online, so I sketched up this one in Tinkercad. It's a work-in-progress, and it might not fit perfectly, but it might be a good starting point. I made it so that I can adapt my Sony 8mm Video Walkman GV-S50 to modern battery packs. Other batteries with the same mounting plate include: NP-55H, NP-60D, NP-66H, NP-77H, NP-77HD, NP-80, NP-80D. I'll update this later with either an improved model that works, or I'll change this description if it does work. ;) It's set up such that you can install two small pieces of sheet metal to go from the "backside" to the "interface side" to make contact with the device it's connecting to. I created this with lots of 2mm holes in it so that you can mount another battery adapter or something else to the back of this. I printed it on its side, with the "+" edge down without supports. Sony's six-AA pack model EPB-TR outputs 9v, while their actual batteries provide 6V and their AC adapter supplies 7.5v, so I would assume anything in that range should power devices without problems, but don't quote me on that. ;)
