To counterbalance the heavy SEL 18-200 lens on a Sony NEX camera, attach a 1/4" UNC Nut in the insert for tripod mounting and use a tripod screw to secure it to your camera. I've successfully tested this with a Sony NEX-6; a version is also available for the A6000 at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1053658. This modification reduces jitter, especially in windy conditions.
