I was able to create a spare part using OpenSCAD modeling, which works really well and attaches the right ear cup to the arm of my headphones. This one part actually replaces two original plastic parts plus one metal screw that I no longer need. Updates have been made in Version 2 of my design: * The slider now securely locks into place on the arm, and a hole has been added for releasing the locking mechanism. * The radius and length of the arc were adjusted to better match the original. Despite some slight stickiness during sliding movement, especially when pushing the arm all the way down, I would say that my design is still very usable.
