This is a replacement hanger part for Sony headphone models MDR-V7. Theoretically it can also be used with other Sony headphone, MDR V6 MDR V7 MDR-7506 MDR-7504. It kind of corresponds to Sony part numbers 2-113-132-11 and 2-113-133-11. I tried to make it sturdier than the original, you might need it force it in a little bit. The part is symmetrical so you can use it for both ears
