Sony MDR V6 ( MDR-V6 ) Ear Piece

thingiverse

This ear piece replaces Sony MDR V6 Studio Monitor Headphones and can be modified to house the main board from an ikross A2DP Bluetooth transceiver for converting headphones into Bluetooth-enabled devices. For printing, use 0.27 layer height with exterior supports, ensuring the acoustic chamber faces the build platform. Inverting offset in OpenSCAD holes helps differentiate right and left earpieces. The design does not include a hole for corded 1/8th inch jack, which is intentional; ongoing efforts aim to eliminate this requirement.
