Don't throw your Sony MDR-V55 in to the trash can just because the joint broke. i made every single part that you can print and replace. I IMPROVED AND UPDATED THE MODEL. works awesome. You can use original screws I made this model in fusion 360 and included .step files that you can download and edit. or just to understand the part. tips print 0.2 resolution after print clean the part with fine sandpaper or file. support usually welds to the stopping points cut little bit with razor knife or file it to work smooth. dont forget to place wire before gluing :) if you need help feel free to message me.
